Mother’s Day this year was so lovely! Thankfully, I got done with finals right before it and moved back home for the summer. This Mother’s Day, I decided to host brunch at home with our family friends. I kept it super simple with the food and the decor, and my mom loved it!

As for food, I pretty much got everything from Trader Joe’s. I decided to have deviled eggs, cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches, chocolate-covered strawberries, chocolate chip pain au lait, country potatoes, chicken sausage, fresh fruit, and mimosas on the menu! Our friends brought over a homemade blueberry ricotta cake, which was tooo yummy!!

Decor-wise I got some fresh hydrangeas for the center of the table, and I set up these white plates, gold cutlery, a table runner, and a couple candles, which I also used for my Friendsgiving dinner!

My mom loved having brunch with her favorite people, and she was even more surprised when a special delivery of an Edible Arrangements bouquet was dropped off at our door later that evening!

I am so glad I got to spend time with my mom and close family. She deserves the world, and I am so grateful to have her as my mom! ❤️
